Free delivery is offered within 20 miles of our Berlin location. This 8×10 Clubhouse is available, or you have the option to order a structure and customize it to meet your needs. With this option you choose the color of the siding, trim, shutters, shingles, and even door and window location. In either case, you will be deemed Parents of the Year!
