- All structural components are fastened with nails. All exterior nails are galvanized to ensure no rust spots.

- 5/8” engineered floor sheeting from PerformMax
- Two coats of high quality latex paint from Haley Paint on models with LP Smart Side
- Shatterproof windows
- All playhouse models include a child size door and an adult size door so the whole family can play together
- Keyed locks on doors
