Designed for Connecticut Homeowners
One of the biggest advantages of the 20×24 Peak Modular is its footprint. In Connecticut towns, structures under 600 square feet often do not require a full concrete foundation. Consequently, you can place this structure on a level, compacted, 3/4″ processed stone pad. This option saves you thousands of dollars in site prep costs. Overall, this model offers 480 square feet of “Amish-tough” storage space ready for any job.
Typical lead time is 5-6 weeks on modular structures after we have confirmation that your site is prepared correctly.
