This 10×12 Cape Cod has LP Siding that comes with a 50-Year MFG Warranty! The Cape Cod series is a practical, sturdy design with a classic appearance. The eye-appeal of this model is enhanced by a steeper roof pitch than the average storage building. Increasing attractiveness, an 8″ roof overhang on all sides also offers extra weather protection for your structure.. We’ve also added a diamond tread plate at the doorways for extra protection and durability in this high traffic area.
We build it better with 4×4 pressure treated runners, double top wall plates (with interlocking corners), 5/8” engineered floor sheathing, and 2×4 wall and rafter studding on 16″ centers. We’ll deliver it as you see it, fully assembled and ready to use!
