This garage features torsion springs on an insulated garage door, 3/4″ tongue and groove engineered floor on pressure treated 2x4s (12″ on center), double studded corners, interlocking top wall plates, 4×4 pressure treated runners, a 6″ solid reinforcement in the floor framing at the point of impact, a slanted 2×6 pressure treated threshold at the garage door, and keyed locks on both the single entry door and the garage door.
Our Amish craftsmen also added a loft for extra storage, a ridge vent for better air circulation, and diamond tread plates at both doorways for floor protection at these high traffic spots.
