Pine Creek Structures provides an affordable option for customers who need a larger garage with plenty of space. Two-story buildings offer endless possibilities! Choose between our garage style or shed style two-stories depending on your needs.

Garage style two-story buildings include a 9’x6’6” garage door, two 36” single entry doors, two 30”x36” windows with shutters, interior staircase to second floor and choice of metal or shingle roof. Also includes upgrades garage floor package on first floor including 3/4″ tongue and groove engineered flooring and 12” on center floor joists.

Shed style two-story buildings include a 6’x6′ double door, two 36” single doors, two 30”x36” windows with shutters, interior staircase to second floor and choice of metal or shingle roof. Our shed floor package features 5/8″ tongue and groove engineered flooring and 16” on center floor joists.

With a variety of customization options, you can choose your preferred siding type and colors, as well as the placement of the doors and windows. Additional upgrades are also available, including ramps, shelves, workbenches, extra windows, additional doors, garage doors with windows, upgraded floor construction, and more.

Upgrade to Cape Cod style roof and even add a cape dormer for added light and headspace. Add a porch, house doors, and insulated windows to create a buildings ready to turn into a cabin or guest suite.

Pine Creek Structures of Harrisburg is MOVING! Due to upcoming road projects, our Paxton St store now closed. Our new store at 391 Cumberland Parkway in Mechanicsburg will be opening in Spring 2027.

Wondering how delivery works? The first floor of your two-story structure is delivered assembled. Once the first floor is in place, we’ll assemble the second floor on site. Normal assembly time is 5-7 hours. Complete on-site assembly is also available if you do not have delivery access.

Rent To Own is not available on two-story buildings, but we offer financing programs (with approved credit)!
