Our Two-Car Modular Garages range in standard sizes from 20×24 up to 24×40. Available with LP Smart Side or Vinyl Siding in a variety of colors. Choose a shingle or metal roof (in a variety of colors) for no added charge.
Build on your concrete! For an additional $1,500, our experienced team will build your garage on your concrete slab, eliminating the wood flooring. Standard features for garages built on concrete include: 8ft walls, trussed roof and 12″ roof overhangs. Wall heights up to 10ft are available for onsite builds. Contact us to learn more.
