Pine Creek Structures provides an affordable option for customers who need a larger garage with plenty of space!

Our Two-Car Modular Garages are offered in standard sizes from 20×24 through 24×40. Choose from LP Smart Side or Vinyl Siding in a variety of colors. You can also select a shingle or metal roof in your choice of colors at no additional cost.

Each 2-Car Modular Garage comes standard with a peak roofline and a 16″ front roof overhang. Features include two insulated garage doors with diamond tread plates, one single entry door, and two single hung windows. Full-length eave vents and a full-length ridgevent are also included.

With a variety of customization options, you can choose your preferred siding type and colors, as well as the placement of the entry door and windows. Additional upgrades are also available, including ramps, shelves, workbenches, extra windows, additional doors, garage doors with windows, upgraded floor construction, and more.

Need even more space? You can add a second floor to your Two-Car Modular Garage! Choose a standard gambrel-style roofline or upgrade to a Cape Cod-style roofline for an additional finished look.

When your garage is delivered, it will arrive in two sections and be carefully set in place. Our team will then complete the final assembly on site.

Pine Creek Structures of Harrisburg is MOVING! Due to upcoming road projects, our Paxton St store now closed. Our new store at 391 Cumberland Parkway in Mechanicsburg will be opening in Fall 2026.
