Custom Order A Poolside Cabana

If you only think of a shed as a place lawn mowers and tools, prepare to be amazed! A ‘shed’ can easily be transformed into a poolside cabana or backyard party spot but adding a few customizations. Add a concession window and bar, a porch, extra doors, extra windows, shelves, and more! 

First choose the building style you want to customize. Our customers most often choose a cape cod or hip style building because of their elevated rooflines, roof overhangs, and premium features. However, any building style can be selected.

Next choose the size of your building. If you wish to add a porch, consider how much of your shed your want to convert into a porch. If you wish to create an outdoor seating area, choose a larger porch area. If storage space is your priority, choose a smaller porch area so the interior shed space is still substantial.

You can also choose the siding type and colors for the siding, trim, shutters, and roofing. We offer a wide range of color choices and can even accommodate custom colors if desired (for an added fee).

Last is the fun part… customizing your building! Consider these common upgrades:

• Add a concession window with a poly counter to create a serving area.
• Turn part of your building into a porch and add railing.
• Add extra doors or upgrade the doors to a type with windows
• Add venting, like a ridge vent, gable end vents, or eave side venting. This is an essential option needed for any shed if you plan to finish the interior.
• Add interior finishing for the walls, ceiling, and floor. 
• Insulate the floor, walls, and/or roof. Choose insulated windows and doors.
• Ask about adding an electrical package.
