12X16 Hip Pavilion

This 12×16 pavilion demo is located at our Berlin location. Pavilions are a great way to not only increase property value, but add a space that will grant years of countless memories. These pavilions are popular both pool side to create shade or freestanding. This model has an optional metal roof, as well as optional Savannah posts. Available in sizes from 8×8 to 20×40, and are built on site. Available in both hip style and peak style roof lines.

Vinyl posts are pressure treated 6×6 sleeved in a low maintenance high quality lifetime vinyl. The 2×6 headers are also wrapped in lifetime vinyl. Rafters are 2×4 24″ on center with a 1×8 white pine tongue and groove bead board stained your choice of color. Standard roofing consists of lifetime architectural shingles. Pavilions 14×26 and smaller are available with a floor and delivered to your prepared site.

For on-site pavilions (without a floor) the unit is anchored to your existing deck or concrete patio. For free standing pavilions we require 18″ concrete piers; 20″ deep for all 4 post pavilions and 42″ deep for any pavilion with more than 4 posts. Lastly, pavilion measurements are from outside post to outside post.
