Modular two garages are available in sizes from 20x20 to 24x40 - But be aware in CT any structure over 600 square feet requires a foundation, any structure under (20x20, 20,24, 24x24, 20x30) can be placed on a level stone pad! All modular two car garages come standard with 2 garage doors, 2 30x36 single hung windows, 1 single entry door, full vented eaves, a full shingle over ridge vent, and diamond kick plates under the garage doors. These structures are available with and without a floor, and structures without a floor are built on site and engineered trusses are utilized. Built to order you choose your size, color scheme, layout, as well as any options. Installation dates take place after we have confirmation that your site work is completed, whether it is a concrete slab for structures without a floor or a compacted, level, crushed stone pad consisting of 3/4" processed stone.
